MJ Electrical Engineering Ltd, an electrical contracting business in Aston Clinton, seeks an experienced bookkeeper to manage day-to-day accounts and help keep the office running smoothly.

You will handle bookkeeping in QuickBooks, bank reconciliations, invoicing, payments, payroll, VAT/CIS returns, and financial reporting with support from an external accountant. Tradify is used for job management.

Competenze

• Bookkeeping experience required.
• Experience with QuickBooks and Excel.
• Understanding VAT and Making Tax Digital.

Mansioni

• Bookkeeping in QuickBooks and bank reconciliations.
• Customer invoicing and supplier payment runs.
• Credit control, payroll, VAT and CIS returns, and financial reporting.
• Handle customer enquiries, timesheets, staff records, van administration and general office management.
• Use Tradify for job management.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
