Confidential seeks a part-time Bookkeeper in Coventry to maintain accurate records for a portfolio of clients, process invoices, and complete VAT returns in line with MTD. The role is hybrid with some on-site work and flexible hours.

You will work with the wider team to support payroll and management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. A minimum of 2 years bookkeeping experience and solid knowledge of Xero are required, along with strong communication and organisational skills.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably in an Accountancy Practice.
• Good working knowledge of VAT and basic accounting principles.
• Proficient in Xero and comfortable in a digital, paperless environment.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Aufgaben

• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records for a portfolio of clients.
• Process purchase and sales invoices and reconcile bank and control accounts.
• Prepare VAT returns in line with MTD.
• Assist with payroll processing when required.
• Support with management accounts preparation and query resolution.
