Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks.
• Record and reconcile invoices, receipts, payments and bank transactions.
• Monitor outstanding invoices, send payment reminders and follow up on overdue payments.
• Trace and resolve missing or unmatched payments.
• Prepare VAT returns and annual accounts.
• Keep accounts accurate, organised and up to date, meeting deadlines.
