Drive Motor Retail Redcar is seeking a customer-focused Bodyshop Advisor for a part-time position (22.5 hours/week). You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling bookings, estimates, invoices, and insurance documents, while coordinating with the service and bodyshop teams to ensure smooth repair journeys.

Ideal candidates have prior automotive customer service or administrative experience, excellent communication, and strong IT skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles within automotive or service sectors.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Competent with computer systems used in bodyshops or dealerships.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and by phone with a professional demeanor.
• Book in repairs and provide progress updates to customers.
• Prepare estimates, invoices and insurance documents as required.
• Communicate repair progress clearly and promptly to customers.
• Support the bodyshop team with administrative and coordination duties.
• Maintain accurate job records with attention to detail.
