Job summary

Drive Motor Retail Redcar is seeking a confident Bodyshop Advisor to join our award-winning bodyshop team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensure smooth administrative and estimating processes, and support the repair journey with clear communication and efficient coordination.

The role is part-time (22.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, flexible on timings) at Redcar with a competitive salary and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience as Bodyshop Advisor, Service Advisor, or in a customer service/administrative role in automotive is desirable.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and multitasking skills are required.
• Confident in handling customer interactions face-to-face and on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers in person and over the phone, delivering a professional experience.
• Booking in repair work and updating customers during the repair process.
• Preparing estimates, invoices and insurance documentation when required.
