Job summary

FMG RS is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to be the face of our Bodyshop on reception. You will book cars in for repair, prepare files, and provide progress updates to customers while arranging courtesy cars and handling payments.

The role reports to the General Manager and sits within a passionate team focused on outstanding customer service. A full UK/EU driving licence is required, with a strong IT/Admin skillset and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role with strong IT/Admin skills.
• Full UK/EU Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Book customer cars in for repair and prepare job cards.
• Provide vehicle progress reports when requested by the customer.
• Arrange courtesy cars and collect payments.
