Protocol Education Limited is seeking a Part-Time Behaviour Support Assistant to support students across Sunderland and South Shields. The role fits school hours, with Monday to Friday sessions from 8:30am to 1:30pm, across multiple provisions.

You will collaborate with teachers and pastoral teams to promote attendance, positive behaviour and active participation in learning activities, while building student self-confidence and relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people in supportive roles.
• Ability to collaboratively support teaching staff and pastoral teams.
• Understanding of safeguarding and child welfare protocols.

Responsabilités

• Support students who require additional behavioural support across multiple sites.
• Work closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams to implement behaviour plans.

Part-Time Behaviour Support Assistant - Sunderland & South Shields

Location: Sunderland and South Shields

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 1:30pm

Contract: Part-Time

We are currently seeking flexible and motivated Behaviour Support Assistants to work across a number of schools and specialist provisions in Sunderland and South Shields.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking school hours while making a positive impact on young people's lives.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
