Success Recruit Ltd in Chelmsford is seeking a Part-Time Business Development Executive to proactively contact manufacturing businesses across the UK, identify key contacts and generate qualified opportunities for the Head of Sales.

You will handle approximately 20–30 outbound calls daily from a targeted list, build CRM records, and arrange meetings while maintaining a professional, resilient approach in a supportive, office-based role.

Qualifications

• Be confident and comfortable making outbound calls and obtaining contact details.
• Engage with managers and supervisors to understand requirements and opportunities.
• Resilient and motivated when handling rejection or challenging conversations.

Responsibilities

• Make approximately 20–30 outbound calls per day to UK businesses.
• Maintain daily call volumes and work through a targeted list.
• Research target companies and build CRM records before contacting.
• Identify and reach out to decision-makers and collect accurate contact details.
• Record conversations and outcomes in the CRM and hand over qualified opportunities.
