Mitchells & Butlers PLC is hiring a Part Time Assistant Manager at Toby Carvery – Castle Bromwich. You’ll support the General Manager, lead a team and deliver a memorable guest experience.

You’ll mentor staff, drive service excellence and be a role model to help the brand keep guests coming back. This role offers progression, staff discounts and a supportive team within a friendly, welcoming pub environment.

As Part Time Assistant Manager at Toby Carvery - Castle Bromwich, you’ll bring your experience to the table, supporting the General Manager in leading your team to success. Through your passion and drive you will motivate your team to deliver excellent guest experience, mentoring each individual to be the best that they can be!
