Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited, at Toby Carvery Castle Bromwich, is seeking a Part Time Assistant Manager to support the General Manager and lead a service-focused team. You will mentor colleagues, drive guest satisfaction and ensure smooth daily operations in a busy hospitality setting.

You’ll train and inspire the team, act as a role model, and lead by example to deliver memorable experiences. The role emphasizes development, teamwork, and guest care.
