Mitchells & Butlers PLC at Toby Carvery - Redhill is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, lead a team, and ensure guest experience remains exceptional. You will mentor staff, drive service standards, and motivate the team to deliver great food and memorable moments.

• Experience in hospitality management or supervisory role.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily operations and duties.
• Inspire and train staff to deliver great food, drink and service.
• Act as Duty Manager when needed and ensure smooth guest experience.
• Lead and develop the team to consistently WOW guests.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS ASSISTANT MANAGER YOU’LL…
