Job summary

Toby Carvery - Carmarthen is seeking a part-time Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in leading the team and delivering a first-class guest experience. You will inspire and develop staff to create memorable visits and maintain the high standards you set for service and hospitality.

You will actively coach colleagues, oversee daily operations and help ensure a safe, welcoming environment for guests and team members alike, while contributing to a positive working culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Ability to train and inspire staff to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Strong communication and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Lead and mentor the team to deliver exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
