Mitchells & Butlers PLC's Toby Carvery - Downlands is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in leading the team and delivering an outstanding guest experience. You’ll mentor colleagues and act as a role model to drive service excellence.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in a supervisory or management role in a hospitality setting.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink and service to a high standard.
• Be a role model and guide the development of team members.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW our guests and encourage repeat visits.
