Job summary

Toby Carvery - Keighley, part of Mitchells & Butlers PLC, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and to lead a team to deliver memorable guest experiences.

You will train and motivate staff, act as a role model, and ensure service excellence. The role offers progression, strong employee discounts, pension, and generous holiday entitlement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a hospitality setting.
• Ability to train and inspire staff to deliver high standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Mentor and develop team members to reach their potential.
• Lead by example to deliver food, drink and service that WOW guests.
• Duty manager cover when the General Manager is not available.
