Job summary

NHS National Services Scotland is seeking an Admin Assistant for the Ambulance Control Centre and Integrated Clinical Hub. The role is permanent, based at Norseman House with some travel and part-time hours (20 per week), Monday to Friday 13:00–17:00.

The post is Band 3 (£29,103–£31,409 pro-rata). The Admin Team provides essential support to management and staff, with SharePoint experience considered an asset and strong communication and organizational skills required.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide accurate, timely and concise admin support.
• Experience working with SharePoint would be advantageous.
