Job summary

Trinity Professional is seeking an experienced Accounting Practice Manager to lead client relationships, technical reviews and workflow within a growing UK practice. The role extends beyond traditional accounts prep to ownership of client service, quality control and team development.

The ideal candidate will have UK practice experience, strong technical knowledge of UK accounts and taxation, and familiarity with personal, corporate tax and VAT.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a UK accountancy practice
• Strong technical knowledge of UK accounts and taxation
• Good knowledge of personal tax, corporation tax and VAT
• Experience reviewing accounts and tax work prepared by others
• ACA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent qualifications desirable

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients with strong client relationships
• Review statutory accounts and tax returns prepared by the team
• Oversee workflow, deadlines and process improvements
• Mentor junior and semi-senior staff and provide feedback
