Job summary

Trinity Professional is seeking an experienced Accounting Practice Manager for a part-time role (three days per week) with flexible and home-working options. You will lead client management, oversee technical reviews, and drive practice improvements alongside the Practice Director.

The role offers senior responsibility, client-facing advisory work, and opportunities to shape the firm’s growth. The ideal candidate has UK practice experience, strong technical knowledge of UK accounts and taxation,

Qualifications

Previous experience working within a UK accountancy practice.
Strong technical knowledge of UK accounts and taxation.
Good knowledge of personal tax, corporation tax and VAT.
Experience reviewing accounts and tax work prepared by others.

Responsibilities

Act as a key point of contact for a portfolio of clients.
Build strong, long-term client relationships and conduct meetings.
Review statutory accounts and tax returns prepared by the wider team; provide guidance.
Oversee day-to-day workflow, allocate work and monitor deadlines; drive improvements.
Mentor and develop junior staff; foster a collaborative team culture.
