Job summary

TPF Recruitment is supporting a growing accountancy practice in Leatherhead for a Qualified Practice Accountant / Assistant Manager. You will oversee accounts delivery, manage client relationships and lead junior staff in a varied business services environment.

Role combines technical accounting with client management, VAT/PAYE advisory, and opportunities to take on leadership responsibilities within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Recent ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery and review of accounts and financial work for UK and international clients.
• Provide technical accounting guidance to the team.
• Review monthly, quarterly and annual VAT returns.
• Advise clients on VAT and PAYE matters.
• Develop and mentor junior team members.
