Job summary

SNG (Sovereign Network Group) is seeking a part-time Accommodation Advisor to join our team in Gloucester. This role focuses on tenancy administration and customer service for Key Workers, based at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital.

You will manage bookings, move-ins/outs, invoicing, and site checks, while coordinating with NHS Trusts and partners to meet housing needs. Flexible hours are discussed at interview.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with administration or customer service experience.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise.
• Attention to detail with numeracy for rent and invoicing.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Positive, flexible, proactive attitude; works well independently or in a team.
• DBS check required for successful candidate.
• Experience in hospitality, lettings, or shared accommodation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers, answering enquiries by phone, email, and in person.
• Meeting and greeting customers, contractors, and visitors at reception.
• Raising purchase orders and invoices and ensuring they are paid.
• Following our arrears process with customers who have fallen behind with their accommodation charges, issuing letters and reconciling accounts.
• Supporting bookings, move-in and move-out processes, including key management and documentation.
• Carrying out site health and safety inspections and property checks.
• Logging repairs, liaising with contractors, and keeping residents updated.
• Managing post and general administration.
• Updating systems to maintain accurate occupancy, booking, and contact records.
• Supporting the Accommodation Manager and working with NHS Trusts and other partners to meet housing needs.
