Publica Group Ltd is hiring a part-time Housing Solutions Accommodation Coordinator in Witney. The role involves supporting customers in temporary accommodation, coordinating day-to-day activities and liaising with partner services to ensure safe, effective housing outcomes. 25 hours per week with flexible arrangements.

The role emphasises person-centred support, accurate record-keeping and proactive problem solving to help customers move towards permanent housing solutions.

Qualifications

• Good IT skills; quick to learn systems.
• Ability to manage time and workload effectively.
• Awareness of safeguarding and risk; willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Meet and support customers in temporary accommodation.
• Carry out room checks for safety and welfare.
• Assist with benefit checks, applications and move-on prep.
• Update systems and maintain accurate records.
• Visit other accommodation sites (hostels, hotels, B&Bs).
• Report maintenance issues and monitor standards.
• Work with partner services (mental health, domestic abuse).
• Attend meetings and take notes with Supervisors.
• Support the wider team with admin and coordination.
