Zusammenfassung

Tibberton CofE First School is seeking a Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a pupil during the Spring term on a part-time, temporary contract. The post is 3 days per week, 8:45am to 3:15pm, totaling 16.5 hours weekly.

The successful candidate will have experience in primary settings, support children with additional needs, and be committed to safeguarding, professional development and the school’s Christian ethos.

Qualifikationen

• Have experience of supporting children within the primary age range/school setting.
• Have experience/interest in working with children with specific and/or complex needs.
• Have high expectations for children’s progress and achievement.
• Take an imaginative and creative approach to curriculum learning.
• Be flexible, forward thinking, innovative and energetic.
• Understand how children learn including social/emotional development.
• Have a passion for quality teaching and learning and outcomes.
• Be able to work as part of our school team and federation.
• Be willing to undertake relevant training.
• Support our Christian ethos as a church school
