Responsibilities

• Provide targeted support to pupils or individuals with additional needs, in class and small groups or one-to-one sessions.
• Collaborate with class teachers, SENCO, and external professionals to implement personalised learning plans.
• Support pupils' social, emotional, and language development, building confidence and independence.
• Adapt learning materials and activities to meet diverse pupil needs.
• Promote an inclusive, nurturing classroom environment aligned with Catholic ethos.
• Monitor and record pupil progress and contribute to assessments and reviews.
• Support wider school life, including liturgies, assemblies and events.
