You will manage a team, monitor performance data, liaise with contractors, and support commercial initiatives while upholding safety standards and compliance. Weekend work may be required as part of a rolling rota.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day car park operations to ensure safe, efficient and profitable running and excellent customer experience.
• Monitor occupancy, revenue and trends to identify growth opportunities and improvements.
• Lead and develop the car park team, ensuring high levels of service and accountability.
• Ensure equipment, systems and infrastructure are maintained and faults resolved promptly.
• Manage customer inquiries, complaints and escalations with timely resolutions.
• Produce accurate operational records and performance data for Commercial Manager.
• Build relationships with retailers, contractors and stakeholders to support operations.
• Support events and promotions while ensuring the car park meets business needs.
