Job summary

Savills in Nottingham at Victoria Centre is seeking a Car Park Operations Assistant to deliver outstanding customer service and support day-to-day car park operations. You will be the friendly face ensuring a safe, clean environment and guiding visitors.

Role involves responding to issues promptly, maintaining records, and assisting with tickets, permits, and related services. 40 hours across Mon–Sun, 5/7 days, £12.71 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times, creating a positive experience for customers, retailers and visitors.
• Communicate professionally with the public, retailers, contractors and colleagues.
• Provide accurate information, assistance and directions with knowledge of Victoria Centre facilities.
• Work with colleagues to ensure smooth operation of car parks.
• Monitor facilities and equipment, reporting faults per site procedures.
• Assist with sale and administration of parking tickets, permits and related services.
• Carry out cleaning, basic maintenance and inspection duties to keep the car park safe and presentable.
• Maintain records, logs and reports as required.
• Support site security initiatives and help reduce crime and anti-social behaviour.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies following procedures and escalate when needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and the customer experience.
• Gather and share customer feedback for continuous improvement.
• Undertake other duties as required by site management.
• Comply with Health & Safety policies and take care for health and safety of self and others.
• Report hazards and incidents promptly and foster a safe working environment.
