Job summary

Parkdean Resorts is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to carry out a wide range of maintenance, repair, and groundskeeping tasks across our UK parks. You will work both independently and as part of a team, ensuring facilities and holiday homes are well-maintained and presented.

You will perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general repairs, use the ParkSmart system to manage jobs, and assist with holiday home handovers and pitches.

Qualifications

• Practical, hands-on experience in general building maintenance or trade environments.
• Ability to perform a wide range of maintenance tasks including minor repairs and preventative work.
• Groundskeeping/landscaping experience and physical capability for outdoor tasks.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine maintenance and repairs across the park.
• Complete plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general repair tasks.
• Maintain tools, equipment and workshop areas safely and organized.
• Support other park departments with maintenance needs as required.
• Prepare holiday homes for sale, ensure they are clean and presentation-ready.
