Job summary

Parkdean Resorts UK Limited is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Assistant to perform general maintenance, groundskeeping and minor repairs across our holiday parks. You will help keep outdoor spaces tidy and safe, assist with moving and siting holiday homes, and respond to guest questions while working with a proactive park team.

The role requires practical skills, the ability to work outdoors in all weather, and a Full UK Driving Licence.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with groundskeeping and general maintenance work.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending and standing for extended periods.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out a variety of general maintenance, handyperson, and grounds duties.
• Maintaining outdoor areas: pruning, litter picking, jet washing, landscaping, repairs.
• Using job management system to schedule and track owner jobs and fleet repairs.
• Pitch tidies and assisting with moving/siting of holiday homes.
• Responding to guest enquiries and collaborating with park teams to resolve issues.
