Job summary

Parkdean Resorts is seeking a Maintenance Operative to keep our holiday parks looking fantastic and running safely for guests. You’ll help with grounds maintenance, basic repairs in holiday homes, and tidying pitches, using a range of tools.

A practical mindset, basic DIY interest, and a full UK driving licence are required. You’ll work outdoors in all weather, with the flexibility to cover weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Practical mindset and interest in fixing things.
• Basic knowledge of or interest in DIY and maintenance tasks.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending and standing for extended periods.
• Full UK Driving Licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with grounds maintenance and landscaping tasks.
• Carry out repairs and maintenance in holiday homes (plumbing, carpentry, electrical basics).
• Assist with tidying pitches and siting holiday homes.
