Job summary

Parkdean Resorts is hiring a Maintenance Assistant to help keep our holiday park in top condition and safe for guests. You will perform hands-on maintenance, groundskeeping, and simple repairs to ensure outstanding facilities and outdoor spaces across the park.

The role requires physical work outdoors in all weather, a valid UK driving license, and the ability to work weekends and holidays as needed. Training and career development are available across our 65 parks.

Qualifications

• Hands-on groundskeeping and general maintenance experience.
• Ability to lift, bend and stand for extended periods.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general maintenance, handyperson and grounds duties (mowing, painting, fencing, landscaping, minor repairs).
• Keep outdoor areas tidy, safe and attractive (tree/hedge pruning, litter picking, jet washing, pothole repairs).
• Use job management system to schedule, track and complete owner jobs and fleet repairs promptly.
