Qualifications

• Proven maintenance experience across general tasks.
• Experience with plumbing, carpentry and electrical repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance across the holiday park, including plumbing, carpentry, electrical work and DIY tasks.
• Regularly inspect facilities and equipment to identify and address issues, keeping them safe and operational.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff, ensuring high service standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work in line with company policies.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations to keep guests and staff safe.
• Undertake gardening and landscaping tasks to keep outdoor areas well-presented.
