Job summary

Taskmaster Resources Ltd in Wansford is seeking a Park Maintenance Operative to perform general park maintenance, repairs, grounds keeping, and equipment upkeep across the site. You will handle drain/groundwork repairs, cleaning lodges and decking, hot tub cleaning and water testing, and you will interact with customers on site or by phone, requiring good communication and professionalism.

Working 5 days out of 7, 8am–5pm with on-call weekends; pay is £14.50 per hour plus an on-call night bonus

Qualifications

• Experience and understanding of maintenance duties.
• Strong landscaping and gardening knowledge.
• Excellent face-to-face and phone customer service.

Responsibilities

• General park maintenance and upkeep.
• Carry out repairs and basic electrical work where required.
• Repair and maintain drainage, groundwork, and buildings to standards.
• Distribute deliveries from a central point to departments.
• Collect rubbish and litter, assist with park maintenance.
• Co-operate with external contractors for smooth operation.
• Grass cutting, planting, weeding, and general grounds care.
• Clean the outside of lodges and decking; perform hot tub cleaning and water testing.
• Interact with customers in person or over the phone.
