SWRP are recruiting a Maintenance Operative to join a well-established holiday park near Wansford, Peterborough, Cambridgeshire. You will be responsible for general maintenance across lodges, park facilities and communal areas, ensuring high standards for owners and guests.

The role covers grounds upkeep, painting, basic plumbing and electrical tasks, hot tub care, reactive maintenance and on-call duties. A Full UK driving licence is required, and training on-site will be provided in a friendly

• Experience in maintenance, facilities, estates or grounds maintenance.
• Practical skills across maintenance disciplines.
• Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and use initiative.

• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rota and weekend work.

Responsabilidades

• General maintenance across lodges, park facilities and communal areas.

• Painting, decorating and refurbishment work.
• General repairs and routine maintenance tasks.
• Hot tub cleaning, testing and maintenance.
• Basic plumbing repairs and replacements.
• Basic electrical maintenance, including changing plugs, sockets and light fittings.
• Reactive maintenance and emergency call-outs.
• Routine inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with health and safety requirements.

SWRP are recruiting for a Maintenance Operative to join a well-established holiday park in a beautiful countryside setting near Wansford (Peterborough, Cambridgeshire). This is a varied role where you'll be responsible for helping maintain the park, lodges and facilities to a high standard, ensuring an excellent experience for owners and guests.

The Role

• General maintenance across lodges, park facilities and communal areas
• Grounds maintenance, including grass cutting and outdoor upkeep
• Painting, decorating and refurbishment work
• General repairs and routine maintenance tasks
• Hot tub cleaning, testing and maintenance
• Basic plumbing repairs and replacements
• Basic electrical maintenance, including changing plugs, sockets and light fittings
• Reactive maintenance and emergency call-outs
• Routine inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with health and safety requirements

About You

• Previous experience in a maintenance, facilities, estates or grounds maintenance role
• Good practical skills across a range of maintenance disciplines
• Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge
• Ability to work independently and use initiative
• A proactive and flexible approach
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rota and weekend working pattern

• £14.50 - £15.00 per hour
  
• Overtime paid at £17.00 per hour
• £30 per night on-call allowance
