Job summary

Parcelforce Worldwide, part of the Royal Mail Group, is hiring in Lincoln for a permanent 38‑hour role with overtime opportunities. Starting salary £25,201 per year, rising after six months to £27,561, with potential to reach £30,000 per year based on a 38‑hour week and overtime.

Hours: 38 [[zworkinghours and days]], with opportunities for overtime. Typical attendance is Monday - Friday, 12:00-20:00.

Starting salary: £25,201 per year, £12.71 per hour
After 6 months: £27,561 per year, £13.94 per hour
Opportunity to earn up to £30,000 per year, (based on a 38 hour week & overtime)
Paid weekday and weekend overtime
Additional Allowances:-
o Monthly Non Pensionable Addition to Pay (£903.84 per year)

What you'll be doing

Unloading / Loading parcels
Sorting parcels to correct delivery route / preparing trailer ready for the drivers / onward transport
Providing a friendly, dependable service - whether it's a birthday gift or important business mail

What we’re looking for

A full manual UK driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5t) registered to your current address, with no more than 6 points

Someone with good attention to detail
Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg
Someone who's friendly, dependable, and customer focused
Comfortable working independently but also a great team player
