Parcelforce Worldwide Perth, part of the Royal Mail Group, is recruiting for a permanent parcel handler. The role operates a 38-hour week with overtime opportunities and a typical shift from Tuesday to Saturday 01:24-10:00, based at Inveralmond Ind Est Perth PH1 3UG.

Starting salary is £25,201 per year (£12.71 per hour), rising after 6 months to £27,561 (£13.94 per hour) with potential to earn up to £30,000 per year including overtime and weekend premiums.

Qualifications

• Full manual UK driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5t) registered to your current address, with no more than 6 points.
• Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg.
• Friendly, dependable, and customer focused.

• Saturday & Sunday Weekend Premium +£4.39 (Saturdays) & +£6.58 (Sundays) applied to contracted hours
• Paid weekday and weekend overtime
• Additional Allowances:-
• o Monthly Non Pensionable Addition to Pay (£903.84 per year)
• o Night Duty Allowance (+£2.74 per hour, applicable on hours worked between 20:00 and 06:00)
