Parcelforce Worldwide, part of Royal Mail Group, is recruiting at Plymouth for a role with a starting salary of £25,201 per year. The job includes weekend premiums, overtime, and a path to up to £30,000 per year with a typical 38-hour week and overtime.

You will unload, sort, and prepare parcels, delivering friendly, dependable service while working independently or as part of a team. Company benefits include a strong pension and paid holiday.

Why this role pays off

• Starting salary: £25,201 per year, £12.71 per hour
• After 6 months: £27,561 per year, £13.94 per hour
• Opportunity to earn up to £30,000 per year, (based on a 38 hour week & overtime)
• Saturday & Sunday Weekend Premium +£4.39 (Saturdays) & +£6.58 (Sundays) applied to contracted hours
• Paid weekday and weekend overtime
• Additional Allowances:-
• Monthly Non Pensionable Addition to Pay (£903.84 per year)
• Night Duty Allowance (+£2.74 per hour, applicable on hours worked between 20:00 and 06:00)

Plus:

• Unloading / Loading parcels
• Sorting parcels to correct delivery route / preparing trailer ready for the drivers / onward transport
• Providing a friendly, dependable service - whether it's a birthday gift or important business mail
