Parcelforce Worldwide, part of Royal Mail Group, is recruiting for a permanent 38-hour-per-week role in Lincoln. Start salary £25,201 with progression to £27,561 after six months and potential up to £30,000 per year with overtime.

Includes shift allowances and benefits including pension, holiday, and medical cover. Role involves sorting parcels, delivering to homes and businesses, and maintaining vehicle safety checks.

Contract: Permanent
Hours: 38 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime. Typical attendance is Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:00.

Why this role pays off:

Starting salary: £25,201 per year £12.71 per hour
After 6 months: £27,561 per year £13.94 per hour
Opportunity to earn up to £30,000 per year, (based on a 38 hour week & overtime)
Paid weekday and weekend overtime
Additional Allowances:-
o Monthly Non Pensionable Addition to Pay (£903.84 per year)
o Weekly Driving Allowance (£26.73 weekly)
