Job summary

Parcelforce Worldwide Hatfield is seeking a dedicated Delivery Driver to join our team. You will sort parcels, plan efficient routes, carry out vehicle safety checks, and deliver parcels to homes and businesses.

This permanent role offers 38 hours per week with overtime, a starting salary of £25,201 rising to £27,561 after six months and potential to reach £30,000 with overtime, plus a strong pension, holiday entitlement, medical cover and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• A full manual UK driving licence (Cat B) registered to your address, with no more than 6 points.
• Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg.
• Friendly, dependable and customer focused.
• Comfortable working independently but also a great team player.
• Looking for a stable, long-term role in a growing organisation.

Hours: 38 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime. Typical attendance is Wednesday - Saturday, 09:00-18:30

• Starting salary: £25,201 per year £12.71 per hour
• After 6 months: £27,561 per year £13.94 per hour
• Opportunity to earn up to £30,000 per year, (based on a 38 hour week & overtime)
• Saturday & Sunday Weekend Premium +£4.39 (Saturdays) & +£6.58 (Sundays) applied to contracted hours
• Paid weekday and weekend overtime
• Additional Allowances:-
• Monthly Non Pensionable Addition to Pay (£903.84 per year)
• Weekly Driving Allowance (£26.73 weekly)
