Job summary

Parcelforce Worldwide Solent in Fareham is seeking a Driver for a permanent 38-hour week. You will sort parcels, plan routes, perform vehicle safety checks and deliver to homes and businesses. The role offers a starting salary of £25,201 per year, with progression to £27,561 after six months and an opportunity to earn up to £30,000 per year with overtime.

The position includes weekend premiums and other company benefits, with overtime paid and a comprehensive pension plan.

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 38 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime. Typical attendance is four days between Monday to Saturday, 08:00 - 18:00. Shift patterns will be discussed at the interview stage and flexibility is required to support the business.

Salary and Benefits

• Starting salary: £25,201 per year (£12.71 per hour)
• After 6 months: £27,561 per year (£13.94 per hour)
• Opportunity to earn up to £30,000 per year (based on a 38 hour week & overtime)
• Saturday & Sunday Weekend Premium +£4.39 (Saturdays) & +£6.58 (Sundays) applied to contracted hours
• Paid weekday and weekend overtime
• Monthly Non Pensionable Addition to Pay (£903.84 per year)
• Weekly Driving Allowance (£26.73 weekly)
