Job summary

Parcelforce Worldwide Solent in Fareham is seeking a Delivery Office Operative to sort parcels, plan routes and support driving teams. The role offers a starting salary of £25,201 with overtime to boost earnings, and a path to about £30,000 per year with six-month progression.

You'll perform vehicle safety checks, collect and deliver parcels to homes and businesses, and provide a friendly, dependable service.

• After 6 months: £27,561 per year £13.94 per hour
• Opportunity to earn up to £30,000 per year, (based on a 38 hour week & overtime)
• Saturday Weekend Premium +£4.39

• Additional Allowances:-
• Monthly Non Pensionable Addition to Pay (£903.84 per year)
• Weekly Driving Allowance (£26.73 weekly)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Sorting parcels and planning efficient delivery routes

What We’re Looking For

• A full manual UK driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5t) registered to your current address, with no more than 6 points
• Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg
• Someone who’s friendly, dependable, and customer focused
• Comfortable working independently but also a great team player
• Looking for a stable, long-term role in a growing organisation
