Job summary

Parcelforce Worldwide in Fareham is seeking a reliable courier team member to unload and load parcels, sort them to the correct route and assist with trailer preparation.

Starting salary £25,201 per year with progression to £27,561 after six months and up to £30,000 with overtime. Roles include weekly attendance Mon-Fri 3:45pm-8:45pm, 25 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Full manual UK driving licence (Cat B) with up to 6 points.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30 kg.
• Friendly, dependable, customer-focused and able to work independently or in a team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Unloading / Loading parcels
• Sorting parcels to correct delivery route / preparing trailer ready for the drivers / onward transport
• Providing a friendly, dependable service — whether it’s a birthday gift or important business mail

What We’re Looking For

• A full manual UK driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5t) registered to your current address, with no more than 6 points
• Someone with good attention to detail
• Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg
• Someone who’s friendly, dependable, and customer focused
• Comfortable working independently but also a great team player
