Job summary

Parcelforce Worldwide, part of Royal Mail Group, is hiring for a part-time driver role in Poole. You will sort parcels, plan efficient routes, and deliver to homes and businesses while maintaining a high standard of service.

The role is 20 hours per week with weekend shifts (Sat 07:00-15:00, Sun 06:00-14:00, Mon 04:00-08:00) and overtime opportunities. Starting salary is £25,201 per year, rising after 6 months with a potential to reach £30,000 including premia.

Qualifications

• Full manual UK driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5t) registered to your current address, with no more than 6 points.
• Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg.
• Friendly, dependable, and customer focused.
• Comfortable working independently but also a great team player.
• Looking for a stable, long-term role in a growing organisation.

Why this role pays off:

Starting salary: £25,201 per year £12.71 per hour
After 6 months: £27,561 per year £13.94 per hour
Opportunity to earn up to £30,000 per year, (based on a 38 hour week & overtime)
Saturday & Sunday Weekend Premium +£4.39 (Saturdays) & +£6.58 (Sundays) applied to contracted hours
Paid weekday and weekend overtime
Additional Allowances:

• Monthly Non Pensionable Addition to Pay (£903.84 per year)
• Weekly Driving Allowance (£26.73 weekly)
