Aligra is recruiting for a busy logistics operation in Leicester (Hinckley) to hire Parcel Sorter / Warehouse Operative. You will sort, scan and load parcels to keep the operation running smoothly, with a focus on reliability and hands-on work.

The role offers a night shift from 18:00 to 02:00, with weekly pay and opportunities for overtime during peak periods. Join a supportive team at a growing logistics environment and contribute to timely parcel movements.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable and able to work hands-on in a busy warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload vehicles for processing.
• Sort and scan parcels throughout the warehouse.
• Organise parcels into cages by status and destination.
• Prepare vehicles for re-delivery the next morning.
• Keep the work area clean, safe and well organised.
• Work to deadlines to maintain throughput.

Join a busy, fast-paced logistics operation in Leicester (Hinckley) as a Parcel Sorter / Warehouse Operative!

Are you reliable and enjoy hands-on, active work? This is your chance to join a supportive team where every shift counts. You'll play a vital role in sorting, scanning and loading parcels to keep operations running smoothly.

Your responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading vehicles ready for processing
• Sorting and scanning parcels accurately throughout the warehouse
• Organising parcels into cages based on delivery status and destination

• Ensuring your work area is clean, safe and well organised
• Working to deadlines to keep parcels moving on time
