Job summary

Nicholas Associates Group is recruiting Parcel Sorters for a busy Carlisle distribution site. Immediate starts are available and you will help sort and dispatch parcels in a fast-paced environment, working as part of a reliable, supportive team to meet daily targets.

Applicants should have reliable transport due to location and shift times; a clear DBS check is required. We offer weekly pay, flexible patterns across the week, and ongoing opportunities with a friendly, safety-conscious workplace.

Parcel Sorters - Immediate Starts Available

Location: Carlisle Area
Pay Rate: £12.71ph - £15.01ph
Start Date: Immediate

We're currently recruiting Parcel Sorters to join a busy and fast-paced distribution operation. If you're reliable, physically fit, and enjoy working as part of a team, we'd love to hear from you.

Shift Options

Day Shift

• Start times between 1:00am and 4:00am
• Typical shift length of 5-7 hours
• Available Monday to Sunday
• Assisting with the sorting of 15,000 - 35,000 parcels per shift

Back Shift

• Start time 4:00pm
• Finish between 8:00pm and 8:30pm
• Sorting approximately 3,000 - 10,000 parcels per shift

Duties Include

• Sorting parcels by size, destination, and delivery route
• Loading and unloading parcels efficiently
• Working at pace to meet operational targets
• Maintaining a safe and organised working environment
• Working as part of a supportive warehouse team
