Job summary

FT Recruitment in Hinckley is seeking a reliable Light Parcel Sorter to join our busy warehouse team. You will sort, scan, and process parcels with accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork to support smooth operations.

This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a pay rate of £12.71 per hour. The successful candidate will maintain a safe, organized workspace and contribute to daily targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months' warehouse experience.
• Previous parcel scanning experience is essential.
• Basic understanding of material handling techniques.
• Ability to handle parcels safely and follow manual handling procedures.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy when scanning and sorting.
• A reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
