Job summary

Nexus People is seeking Warehouse Operatives for a busy sortation role at a site near Leicester (Lutterworth). The role is full-time and temp-to-perm after 13 weeks, with 4 on/4 off shifts (07:00–18:00 and 20:00–07:00). No previous experience is required; a positive attitude and reliability are key.

You will sort parcels, load and unload, use hand scanners with full training, operate pump trucks, and keep the warehouse safe and organized. English language skills are essential.

Qualifications

• No prior warehouse experience required.
• Must be able to commit to full-time shifts and travel to site.
• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• A good grasp of English.

Job Title: Warehouse Operative - loading, unloading and sorting parcels

Location: 24 miles from Leicester city centre

Working Hours: 4 on 4 off - Day & Night Shifts (07:00 - 18:00 and 20:00 - 07:00) - working 5 out of 7 days (flexibility required)

Full-time working only - due to requirements we are unable to accept Student applications

Contract Type: Temp to Perm (after 13 weeks)

Experience: None required, though MHE experience would be preferable

About the Role

We are looking for Warehouse Operatives working in Sortation to join our team in Lutterworth. You don't need previous experience - just the right attitude, a willingness to learn, and a team-player mindset. This is a very sought after role, and we are specifically looking for people who can work full time - unfortunately, this does mean that we cannot accept applications from students.

IMPORTANT : You must be able to commit to full time shifts, travel to the site for your shifts and have a good grasp of the English language.

What You'll Be Doing
