Job summary

Royal Mail is recruiting a Parcel Delivery Driver in Rotherham to deliver parcels across the assigned area on a multi-drop route. The role requires working 30 hours per week across Monday to Sunday, including Saturday and Sunday per rota, with shifts from 7am-4pm or 2pm-8pm.

£13.68 per hour is guaranteed, with 22.5 days holiday pro-rata, uniform provided, and a company pension. This fixed-term 6-month contract offers opportunities for progression and strong customer service experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver parcels across the assigned area on a multi-drop route.

For candidate search purposes, roles offering between 35-37 hours per week are listed as full-time. However, any role under 37 hours per week will be classified as part-time in the employment contract.

As a Parcel Delivery Driver, you’re expected to securely deliver all items on your route, including handling and delivering election materials and certain items (such as food products or alcohol) in line with Royal Mail business standards.
