Overview

Position: Paraplanner • Salary: £40,000+ • Location: Horsham • Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm Onsite • Benefits: holiday, Pension, Death in service, income protection, bonus

Responsibilities
  • Partner with advisors to develop comprehensive financial strategies and investment summaries.
  • Gather and interpret client financial details including earnings, expenditures, assets, debts, insurance policies, and investment portfolios.
  • Build financial forecasts, retirement planning models, and protection assessments using tools such as Voyant.
  • Research financial products and investment options to support advisor recommendations.
  • Ensure all advice and documentation align with regulatory guidelines and internal compliance standards.
  • Keep client profiles and planning data current within CRM and financial software systems.
  • Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth advisor operations.
Skills & Experience
  • Experience working in financial advisory or wealth management environments.
  • Familiarity with a broad spectrum of financial products and services.
  • Ability to map out the client advice process confidently.
  • Strong analytical thinking and precision in handling data.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
