Job summary

Cranleigh Personnel is helping an established financial planning business in London recruit a Diploma-qualified Paraplanner. The role offers exposure to complex financial planning, client meetings, and a clear path toward Chartered status within a supportive team of ten Paraplanners and a dedicated Paraplanning Manager.

Salary £40,000–£50,000 with potential higher for Chartered status, a discretionary bonus up to 12%, and hybrid working (2 days from home after probation).

For those who love Paraplanning and want to remain technical, there is also the opportunity to progress into a Subject Matter Expert position, alongside Senior Paraplanner opportunities.

You'll also receive full support towards Chartered status, including ongoing development and study support.
