Job summary

Recruit Wealth Ltd, a leading UK financial planning group, is expanding its Leeds hub and seeks a capable Paraplanner. You will support Financial Planners with high-quality suitability reports, product research, and maintain accurate, compliant client records in a collaborative team.

Ideally you hold a Diploma and are willing to study further; Intelligent Office experience is desirable; strong analytical, organisational and communication skills are essential.

• Previous paraplanning experience with financial advice.
• Diploma qualification and willingness to study further.

Responsibilities

• Producing high quality suitability reports.
• Conducting detailed research on financial products, providers and strategies.
• Supporting Financial Planners with client reviews and ongoing planning needs.
• Acting as a technical support contact for the financial planner and client queries.
• Submitting applications to providers and managing documentation.
• Maintaining accurate, compliant and well-presented client records.
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with FCA and internal compliance standards.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high performing, collaborative financial planning team where paraplanners are genuinely valued as a key part of the advice process. You will work closely with experienced Financial Planners, helping deliver high quality, personalised financial planning solutions for clients.

The Role:

As a Paraplanner, you will play an integral role in supporting the Financial Planners and ensuring clients receive the highest standard of advice and service.

• Producing high quality suitability reports

About You

You will be a technically strong paraplanner who enjoys being part of a collaborative and professional financial planning team.

Ideally you will have:

• Previous paraplanning experience with financial advice
• Ideally Diploma qualified and willing to study futher
• Experience with Intelligent Office, highly desirable
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
• The confidence to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Outstanding communication and teamwork skills
