Job summary

IDEX Consulting Ltd. is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join its growing Financial Planning team. You will support Financial Planners with high-quality technical analysis and detailed research to deliver compliant suitability reports across a wide range of advice areas.

The role offers hybrid working after a 1-month introduction/training, with a collaborative team culture and ongoing professional development to support further qualifications and long-term career progression.

Qualifications

• Paraplanner with at least 3 years' experience.
• Strong technical knowledge across all areas of Financial Planning.
• CII Level 4 Diploma or actively studying towards completion.
• Experience with Intelligent Office, Voyant and FE Analytics is advantageous.
• Good understanding of FCA regulations, including Consumer Duty.
• Excellent analytical, report writing and communication skills.
• Meticulous with strong organisational and prioritisation abilities.

What You'll Need

• Experience using financial planning software such as Intelligent Office, Voyant and FE Analytics would be advantageous.
• Good understanding of FCA regulations, including Consumer Duty.
