Recruit Wealth Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a respected UK Independent Financial Planning group for a Paraplanner role, offering 1 day in the office per week, flexible hours, and an early finish every Friday within a supportive, growing financial planning environment.

You’ll provide technical support to Financial Planners, produce detailed suitability reports, and work to deliver holistic financial advice while pursuing ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent).
• Previous paraplanning experience within an Independent Financial Planning or Wealth Management business.
• Strong knowledge of pensions, investments and tax-efficient planning.
• Excellent suitability report writing skills.
• Experience using cashflow modelling software and financial planning technology.
• Outstanding attention to detail and strong analytical ability.
• A proactive attitude with a genuine desire to continue developing your technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Producing detailed and personalised suitability reports
• Conducting technical research across pensions, investments, protection and tax planning
• Building and maintaining accurate cashflow models
• Preparing recommendations that support holistic financial planning
• Liaising with clients and professional introducers including accountants and solicitors
• Assisting with advice implementation and maintaining high compliance standards
• Supporting Financial Planners throughout the advice process from recommendation through to implementation
• Ensuring FCA and Consumer Duty principles remain at the heart of every client outcome

The Role

Working closely with a team of experienced Financial Planners, you’ll provide first-class technical support and help deliver tailored financial planning solutions for a wide range of clients.

About You
